1. About these terms

By placing an order on Pixel Market BD you agree to these terms. We sell digital products: game top-ups, gift cards, subscriptions and game keys.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. When you pay manually, you send the money and enter the transaction ID at checkout. Your order is confirmed only after we verify that payment.
An order can be cancelled if we cannot verify the payment.

3. Delivery

Each product page shows its delivery time. Times are estimates and busy periods can take longer.
Gift cards and game keys are delivered as a code in your account once payment is confirmed.
Top-ups are delivered to the Player ID (and Zone ID or server) you enter. Subscriptions are set up for you and the details are sent to you.

4. Check your details

You are responsible for entering the correct Player ID, Zone ID, server and email. We cannot recover a top-up that was delivered to the details you gave us.

5. Regions and platforms

Some codes work only in a certain region or on a certain platform, as stated on the product page. Please read the product terms before you buy.

6. Your account

Keep your login details private. We never ask for your game account password. For Robux we sell Roblox gift cards only.

7. Refunds

8. Changes

Prices, products and these terms may change from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
